Lord Jesus, please come into my life.

Please forgive me of my sins.

I surrender my heart and soul and ask You to make me a new creation in You.

I believe You are the Son of God, and that You died for me on the cross.

Thank you Jesus for loving me enough to die for me on the cross.

I accept all that Your shed Blood has bought for me.

I accept You Jesus as my Lord and Savior.

I pray this in the holy name of Jesus, my Lord and my God.
